So I got all of the basic efficiencies unlocked for my AWS-8R and as expected the Exchange XP button appeared. Though, when I tried to exchange the remaining 500 MXP I had for GXP, the OK button disappeared and the prospective GXP number turned red.

Am I doing something wrong or do I need the basic efficiencies for all of the variants? :s

Just realized I needed MC. Nevermind.
