Either:

Remove destroying sensors comopletely and just let them destroy the buffs like BAP, TAG, NARC, as per usual OR

ALLOW BAP, TAG, NARC, to counteract ECM. That is to say, Keep ECM the way it is, have it still turn off locks of normal computers, and counter the three buffing stuff so that they don't work as well, but allow BAP to keep your normal computer able to lock as if Neither you or them had BAP and ECM, and allow TAG and NARC to give back normal missile locking speed and ability as if the other team didnt have ECM and you didnt have TAG and NARC.

That is to say, ECM keeps these things from applying positive effects, but they keep ECM from applying negative effects to your system.
