Cicada in River City did gliding
and was hard to hit.
Think has something to do with Netcode fixing the Location of the Mech.

Sometimes when I have a lot of mechs dancing around me (no matter what mech I am in) their running animation stops. So they keep both feet on the ground and seem to be surfing along the ground.
I had one incident where Mech animations stopped showing at all (so no arm and torso movement), I concluded this fact as the gauss was shooting outside the torso, so prolly the mech was turned to me, but was facing front.

I can confirm this. Mechs are surfing. Sometimes they seem like powered down but you'll notice quite quickly that they are able to shoot while doing so.

Came across this earlier today with a Hunchback... Looked funny, alas bug. Happened on the City Map just below the upper city start point.

I've seen this a few times in Forest Colony, affecting Dragons and Cataphracts.
