Thanks for the replies and the recommendations.
Vulpesveritas, Thanks for the Newegg links. I will probably go with the case and power supply.
Az0r, so the GPU memory usage is heavy. I don't think that will go down, even with optimization after Beta.
I wonder if I should spend more and get a moBo that can handle Cross fire, or just call it good and assume this machine will be good for 4 years and then just update then. My sense is call it good since Cross fire needs support in the application and or the driver OC issues are unknown, at least for me. If those two things are true, then for sure, skip the Xcross fire support even though the GPU memory will be 75% used from the start.
I was thinking about posting in a hardware forum and just saying the Crysys 3 engine, but this is better.
Thanks!
Actually having 2x2GB video cards doesn't give you 4GB to work with because both cards load the same textures, leaving you basically back where you started in terms of memory. In general dual card setups are more trouble than they are worth. Between driver issues, game compatibility, stability, microstutter and just the extra heat, power and money they require, it's just not worth it. The card Vulpes linked will keep you going for a good 3-4 years. Which brings me to:

The GPU I recommended it Talahi LE which is faster than the OC'd 7870's and is just behind the 7950. It's $30 for 10% higher performance and a smaller card than the IceQ. (though the IceQ is a great card, it's just not as good of a grab IMO)
Hah after doing some research it seems you are quite correct. My appologies, I just assumed they were a re-brand+price hike like the GHZ edition cards.
