[Corvus Antaka]

Cut the engine on the 3L to a 245 engine, and give the 295 capacity to the 2X. This helps other lights deal with the 3L's unique combo of ECM+SSRM, it gives the 4X jumpjets as a benefit, and the 2X gets the fastest engine and solid firepower.

Still keeps the 3L as the top electronics warfare dog, but with a sudden speed disadvantage that is not so negligible in consideration.
