Did not read the books, eh? Dragoons are... well, indirectly connected to comstar, a separation of old comstar. Hint quote from the CBT books, "They're not Wolfs Dragoons, they're Wolf's Dragoons!" Note the apostrophe. Dragoons are mounted infantry, a light calvery, or more recently armour reconnaissance. In other words, "Wolf's Reconnaissance". Now what group in the Battletech universe is called "Wolf"? Also keep in mind the original members of the Wolfs Dragoons had the last name "Wolf" with exception to Natasha Kerensky. If you can not figure it out with those hints, then you just might be an inner-sphere surat.
