Hi all!

I received a supply cache and a key to open it. I opened it, and it landed on an orange drop, which tells me it was something rare. It was a picture of a green dragon, but it didn't specify what it was. I can't find anything anywhere in my inventory, or loadout.

Can anyone here help me find out what it was? Sorry for not having a picture, i didn't think i would be needing it. I tried googling it, which only lead to me to believe it was the mech "Dragon", but i have not received a new mech either.

Any insights/advice is greatly appreciated!

Where would i see it? I don't see an option to apply it anywhere. Thank you for your reply!

EDIT: I looked under "select mech" and camo spec + cockpit, so far no luck.

Decals are applied in the Camo section of the mechbay.
If you click on the Mechbay and then go to the Cam section, you will see an option for Decals.
Click on that and select All and Owned. You should see it there.

Nah you're OK, Ive been away myself for a bit quite a few things are hidden in plain sight and multiple button clicks.

I had the same issue when I wind an "Atlas" -- it was just a decal which took me awhile to figure out. I complained and they said they would fix descriptions to avoid that confusion and disappointment ...I guess not.

A couple of quick pointers, since the issue is resolved already :

The 'Mechs in the Supply Caches are always Ultra Rare items, the yellow ones, and the name of the item will always include the full designation of the 'Mech. They also always include a Mech Bay.
So if that Dragon was a 'Mech, it would have been in a yellow border and would have had a name like "Dragon DRG-1C", and your Mech Bay and Mech counts would have gone up by one.

Decals are always Rare items, orange borders, and while they share some words with 'Mech chassis, they won't have a full designation as a name.
The quickest way to check for those, as others have already wrote, is to go in the Mechlab, Camo section, Decals header, check the "owned" button.

The descriptions are indeed a bit confusing ... same age old rules of all computer games though : read carefully, read twice, while in doubt don't click.

I believe it is titled "RAWR" in the decals list.

Hi Guys.

I have near the same problem. In two Supply Caches were 2 decals (Tattoo Beetle and Omega).
Both are still locked in der Camo-Section.
Anyone an idea what to do?

Try logging out of the client and back in. That should force it to refresh. Then, if that doesn't work, contact Support.
