...all in order to avoid somebody out there being a pain, if they decided to provide added bonuses. Frankly, that puts me in a frame of mind to not blame them because they are avoiding that for some time now.

However, it does leave me to suggest something to PGI here...

Hmm... This is almost crazy enough, PGI... You'll just need to up the XP Conversion to Triple (while keeping the in-game earning at double) and then it'll be a perfect crazy that the Community would love. You wouldn't even need to do added bonuses for it to 'be a hit' with people.
