Please review the Eligibility Conditions, Deadline, Reward details, and Injection Date for each reward.

Your eligibility status for the Rewards will be displayed on the eligibility page - CHECK HERE -

Some rewards will be available to select in September, some will be added to the game in November.

Your Package page now shows the Initial Date of Purchase for select Packages you may own. You can check that HERE - ( If the page does not show any changes that may be a result of Customer Support Actions, MC Purchases, or Steam Purchases)

To be eligible for the 2024 Rewards, purchases must be made between the following dates:

• Eligibility Start Date - November 21st, 2023 at 10:00 AM PST (6:01 PM UTC)
• Eligibility End Date - November 19th, 2024 at 10:00 AM PST (6:00 PM UTC)

Eligibility Conditions

• Purchase MC on MWO or on Steam
• Gifting MC through the store grants the reward to the account that redeems the Gift

Exclusions

• MC earned through rewards
• MC in bundles or other Packages

• Choice of Light or Medium Previous Loyalty Mech. (Includes Mech Bay)
• 100 GSP

Reward Injection Date

• Rewards available upon qualification by Player Selection (GSP injected with Mech)

PRIME REWARD

NOTE:

Reward eligibility for content acquired through Gift Code redemption is determined by the original purchase date of the Gift Code. Example: If you redeemed a Gift Code on August 10th, 2024 that was purchased prior to November 21st, 2023 at 10:00 AM PST (6:01 PM UTC), you will not qualify for any associated Rewards.

Rewards are provided to the Giftee, not the Gifter.

Any purchases made in the Game Client with MC do not qualify for Annual Rewards Program.

Gift Codes that were purchased within the eligibility period, but redeemed after the period had expired, will not be granted the associated Reward item automatically; the Reward will need to be granted manually by Support Services. If you have redeemed a Gift Code after the deadline but that was purchased during the eligibility period, please contact Support.

All of these variants are preexisting, so feel free to look them up to see their loadouts! The Nova Cat NCT-P is just an NCT-G without the ECM. That variant gets enough, don't need to add more in there

In case you wanted to see how the mounts would look on them

Hmmm, I qualify for six of the awards which should qualify me for the Ultimate reward but ‘computer says no’.

Any idea why?

Currently, there's no Nova Cat variant in MWO that has ECM Suite. Not that I know of.

The Package Rewards are confusing. What *does* qualify? Like, why doesn't the fact that I got a Longbow not qualify me on the IS side?

(Also, these are kindof lousy for people who've purchased most to all stuff along the way. I want a COM-IIC but I literally can't figure out what to buy to get it).

I think there are still issues with the rewards qualification page, because as of right now I am showing as not eligible for any clan rewards (even though I purchased several clan packages in the past year) or the MC purchase reward...but I still qualify for the ultimate reward???

Is there any way to substitute the "ultimate" prize? I don't play or own any clan mechs, any IS mech would be fine,an UM-R(L) would be acceptable in place of the Novacat.
