Yes, but it does leave the following question... Why have they not put Website Store items here at MWO in an On-Sale state when more purchases could be attracted from Non-Steam parts of their user base? Making the whole On-Sale thing operate on their Website as well only seems logical to me, unless there is some reason they needed to avoid that right now.
