Greetings MechWarriors!
While we continue to receive and process your daily feedback from direct email, the official MWO forums, social media, and interacting with you in the community and playing the game, we do receive regular inquiries on how to get direct feedback to the members of the Cauldron.
For those that may not be aware, the Cauldron are a player-run group of members who have been working with Piranha for the last few years to help balance MechWarrior Online, and provide input on new 'Mechs, maps, and weapons. We at Piranha very much appreciate the hard work and consistent effort they have put towards improving a game that we all love so much.
MWO developers and Cauldron members do participate regularly in discussions on the MWO Forums, and will continue to do so, so if that is where you prefer to provide your feedback that is great! If however, you would like to get more involved with the ongoing balance and design of MechWarrior Online, and maybe get a little more into the weeds of the daily discussions, the best place to offer input to the Cauldron members is on their Official Cauldron Feedback Discord server here: https://discord.gg/p8aYgdKC24
