MWO COMP CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES 2024
Piranha Games and MWO Comp are pleased to announce the details of the 2024 MWO Comp Championship Series (MWO CS), a worldwide competition that will determine which team is the strongest MWO team in 2024!
A collaborative effort between MWO Comp and Piranha Games, the Championship Series is designed to serve as the true end game for MechWarrior Online. We invite aspiring teams to take part!

Stage 2 - Competitive Queue
August 20 - Comp queue tab appears in game (create team roster)
August 22 - Comp queue opens for matches (group up and drop)
24 hours on Thursdays and Saturdays (starting 0800 UTC)
Top 9 teams by 15th of September are invited to Finals and may no longer play in comp queue
Comp queue remains open until October 21 (closes) for remaining teams to reach 60-game rewards and battle for Top 25 titles
Stage 3 - Double Elimination Finals
Week One: 28th of September
Week Two: 5th of October
Week Three: 12th of October
Week Four: 19th of October
Week Five: 26th of October
Week Six: 2nd of November
Grand Finals: 9th of November
Roster Lock
Teams aiming for the Top 12 and Finals Participation will need to submit a roster to the CS24 Tournament Officials on the MWO Comp Discord Server before 0100 UTC on Tuesday 2 September 2024. These rosters will then be considered locked.
Rewards
There will be both in-game and cash prizes. Final cash prize is to be determined, while the in-game prizes supplied by PGI are detailed below:
CS24 Comp Queue has layered rewards, Starting at 20 Games, gaining additional rewards every 10 games played up to a maximum of 60 total games played.
Play 20 Games and each player on the roster gets the following.

Q - When will the Tournament Support Packs be available and what are the details?
A - The Tournament Supporter Pack for the MWO Comp Championship Series 2024 has been released:
Q - Are the in-game rewards per-player or per-team?
A - They are per-player, including the subs.
Q - What is included in the “Mech Pack” reward?
A - Ultimate Packs and all the newer packs released before the start of MWO Comp Championship Series 2024, collections like the clan waves are not included.
Q - How many games do I need to play to get the base rewards?
A - The team needs to play 20 games, then their entire roster will be available for base Rewards.
Q - I don't have a team, what's the best way to find one?
A - Join the MWO Comp Discord server, you will find many units who are recruiting at all skill levels.
Q - I am new to MWO, can I play?
A - Yes! To participate in Competitive Play you must be part of a Competitive Team, and your account must have completed the Cadet phase (25 Quick Play matches).
