Introduction
Welcome to the Third Battle of Tukayyid, MechWarriors.
To fully participate in the Third Battle of Tukayyid, you or your Unit must forge a Contract or Loyalist bond with the Clan or Inner Sphere Faction of your choice. While Freelancers will be able to participate in Tukayyid battles, they will only be eligible for receiving Personal Challenge Rewards from this Event; they will not be eligible for any Event rewards which require a Faction Contract or allegiance.
During this Tukayyid Event the standard Faction Play Tug Of War will be using adjusted Conflict Threshold rules. During this event the Conflict Threshold is defined as at least one point of progress in favor a specific Faction.
We know these will be hard-fought battles so we have plenty of Faction prizes for you to earn, along with a great Personal Challenge component.

Clan Goal: Possess an advantage in the Tug Of War bar upon conclusion of the Tukayyid Event.
Inner Sphere Goal: Possess an advantage in the Tug Of War bar upon conclusion of the Tukayyid Event.
In the rare event of a completely even tie in the Tug Of War bar upon conclusion of the Tukayyid Event, victory will go to the Inner Sphere.
The top-performing Unit of the Winning Faction will have their Tags applied to the planet Tukayyid until the July 18th Civil War patch.
Upon completion of the Tukayyid event the Faction Play mode will be inactive until the May 16 patch, at which time the map will be reset and a new Season will begin. This map reset will revert to the start of the Clan Invasion and will be the final reset until the July 18th Civil War patch, at which time a new era will begin. This will be our final Tukayyid event as we look toward a new phase of Faction Play events and conflicts.
- Tukayyid will be the sole Conflict for the duration of the event.
- The standard Tug Of War system is in place. However, during this Tukayyid event the Capture Threshold is set at just one point of progress for either Faction.
- At the start of this event the Tug of War bar will start on even ground.
- The Clan goal is to hold a Clan Capture Threshold by the end of the Event.
- The Inner Sphere goal is to hold an IS Capture Threshold by the end of the Event.
- The current Tug Of War progress will be shown on the Event page.
- Faction Leaderboards are Ranked by Total Faction Player Victories.
- Unit Leaderboards are Ranked by Total Unit Player Victories.
- Support Services will not be performing manual resets of contracts.
Your Main Event Reward eligibility and conditions are contingent upon the Faction under which you played the most games during the Tukayyid Event! For example: A player played 25 Matches aligned with Clan Wolf. At the natural end of their Wolf Contract they then switched to Marik, and played 15 Matches over the remainder of the Event. In this example, Tukayyid ends with an Inner Sphere victory. As the majority of the players' matches were under a Clan banner, the player is considered to be a Clan pilot, and have lost the Battle of Tukayyid. They would then receive the Tukayyid Defeat Banner.

Tukayyid Personal and Unit Challenge Rewards
Personal Daily Awards
To qualify for receiving a reward for the associated day you must achieve a cumulative Match Score for that day of at least 400.
If you qualify, the reward value you receive is contingent upon whether your Faction holds control over the Tug Of War at the end of that day!
Freelancers do not qualify for the Daily Personal Rewards.
The daily reward eligibility and conditions are contingent upon the Faction under which you played the most games during the day.
For example: A player aligned with the Inner Sphere achieves a total cumulative Match Score of 400 on Sunday. Unfortunately, the Clan forces claimed superiority in the Tug Of War at the end of that day. As a result, the IS player will receive 25 MC, 500,000 C-Bills, and 1 Supply Cache Key as a reward. If the Inner Sphere had claimed superiority for that day, the player would have instead received 50 MC, 1,000,000 C-Bills, and 1 Supply Cache Key.

- Solitary Challenge option = Personal challenge
- United Challenge option = Teamwork with your unit
- You can still achieve the Solitary Challenge option even if you are in a unit and/or your unit does not achieve the United Challenge option.
- If you have achieved both United and Solitary Challenge options, you will only receive the prize once. This means that even if you have reached the Solitary Challenge option before your unit has reached the United Challenge option, you will not receive the reward a second time.
- If you have not achieved the Solitary Challenge option but your unit members have completed the United Challenge option, you will also receive the reward.
