I just got an e-mail from them. They said they are investigating the issue.

Got a reply today on my ticket. They said they have had many tickets on this. They tried a fresh account at there office and penny arcade would not apply in-game to them either. Only answer so far, is they're working on the problem.

Was also thinking of boosting another family member's new account but I guess I'll wait now (by then the Penny arcade thing will probably be over). Does anything in this game work right all the time? Oh yeah... streaks.

Exactly what I was doing Rat...even bought an Ilya for the other account just to maximize earnings quickly. I had to take a SS for support, and that meant playing 2 matches off the 25 cadet bonus counter. It should only have taken 1 match, but I of course DC'd in the first one so I couldn't SS the end of match screen...go figure, huh? So just in the first 2 matches, I'm already short hundreds of thousands of C-Bills by it not applying correctly, AND having to test it for them.

They also taken off the penny arcade thing. I gues it will be back at it's place when they figure out and fix the issue. I would like to play with my one day Premium offer and start my new account finally, but can't because of the issue.

Guys Is there someone who actually got an answer? It was more than a weak ago and I didn't got anything. I don't think it is a hard problem to fix. It is getting a little annoying because I would like to start my account...They said they will answer shortly. Well it was more than a weak now.

Same...last e-mail in response to my repeated inquiries went like this...

One final E-mail going out today, then it's time to ask for a refund on the Ilya I bought for the brand new account and haven't played. My goal was to quickly get a 2nd account up to speed using the advertised bonuses. Playing and NOT using the 24 hour premium time with the cadet bonus would short this account millions. They know there's a problem, the web page was changed immediatley, and no resolution in sight. Crediting an account with 24 hours time is not difficult, 300MC gets you exactly this.

There goal seems to be ignore it, and let it dissapear from memory.

I got an answer! The Penny arcade thing was ended at Jan.12th but they forgot to take it down! But they give me the one day Premium time regardless. So big kudos for them and thank you for this PGI! They are really great and correct company!

If yours didn't work than you should have wrote an e-mail to them. But maybe it is too late, I don't know but it is worth the try.

I tried the PA thing and it didn't work for me. I figured it at ended or something.
