Will the Wave II Faction Content (colors, skins, warhorns) be exclusive to the clan packages, or will it eventually also be available for MC or C-Bills?

If they follow suit like they did for the Phoenix package the patterns will become available for MC at a future point in time (Hot rod camo comes to mind).

So then other than the Prime variants, nothing is really exclusive. Is that right?

What would be great would be faction specifc items. Clan warhorn, clan mech. Just an example

Thats correct, the only thing that turns out to be exclusive is the (F) (P) (I) variants of the `Mechs themselves. From the Clan collection wave 1, because of outrage the war horns and modules came out at the same time when i am pretty sure they were supposed to be exclusive, I have a feeling we will see history repeating itself.

You want to narrow that question down some? Define package, as much as i hate this saying from the BattleTech cartoon "information is ammunition" you asked a question but do not elaborate on the first part that is in bold.

I think what DAM315T3R is trying to say is that the Faction Content for the Second wave Clan Collection isn't very clear.
For example, If I was to buy the LOKI collection, it's states that I would get "3 players choice faction content".

A) Does that infer that I would have a choice of three Items? (eg: 1 Wolf Clan warhorn, 1 Wolf Clan Skin and 1 Wolf clan Mug)

Or a choice of 3 Items from different Factions? (eg: 1 Wolf Clan warhorn, 1 Ghost Bear warhorn and 1 Wolf clan Mug)

C) Or do I get the choice of all items in 3 of the Clan Factions? (eg: All the Wolf Clan items, All the Ghost Bear items and All the Jade Falcon items)

Like DAM315T3R, I am eager to have the faction content for the Second wave Clan Collection clarified.

The faction content are packages, you are unable to pick and choose out of each package.

So for the Mist Lynx `Mech package you get one (1) faction package of your choosing, the Ice Ferret `Mech package you can pick two (2) of the faction packages, the Hellbringer `Mech package allows you to pick three (3) of the faction packages and last but never the least if you order a Gargoyle `Mech package you get all four (4) of the faction packages. The packages are listed below as a refresher.

also Does anyone know how or when we can choose our faction specific content?

Most likely like all the other packs, the same day the `Mechs get injected into your inventory.

What about the colors? If I get 4 faction packs, I know that the 4 patterns will only be unlocked for the 4 preordered Mechs, but do I get 12 colors I can put on any Mechs?

Also why show the Mad Dog with the patterns, that Mech can not be preordered. It's just a free gift (behind a $360 paywall).

*Edit: I think I read somewhere that the colors were unlocked for your account, but I know that the Clan Mechs I bought Alacarte from the first wave well after the expiration of the bonus stuff came with the invasion colors only on the prime variant.

Colors are always unlocked across all mechs when you purchase them, the skins on the other hand are not. The Polygon skin for instance in the Wave 2 Pack (or Wave 1 for that matter) that comes with early purchase is unlocked on all (cept probably the Prime variant) of the mechs in that pack. It is then later made available to any mech chassis' you want to purchase it on(either one time use or unlimited across the chassis).

The Clan Faction content one's should also be available across that packs mechs(once again probably not including the Prime Variant since it has a unique skin and they don't always allow those to be changed).

no it means if you unlock Ghost Bear now because you had 1 choice, you cannot change your mind and go back and switch to Wolf
