Q: If I were to stack say, command module, BAP, and the sensor range module, it wouldn't make a bit of difference in reguard to ECM mechs, and line of sight right? For instance, my radar range might now be 1500m, wont matter much because everything needs to be in sight anyway....

Correct. Everything must be line of sight if you are the one doing the detection.
And yeah, unless they swap out the guardian/angel ECM thing so that it acts like MW4 instead of how it is now, it won't affect anything against ECM cover without a TAG laser, UAV, or narc.

It does matter at the start of the game if you are mooching up spotting bonuses. Just crest a hill, spam R and collect points.
