I'm totally not trying to validate my own unwarranted ego here, but man the matches I had in my totally Tier 1 games were BRUTAL, they went by so fast and the meta is all the same laser vomit gauss builds! I even saw some random guys from 228 and SJR so that's how you can tell I'm tier 1! BTW PGI is terrible for not giving me worse opponents to fight. (Not that I can't handle my current opponents, but it makes things more interesting!)

I'm not surprised with the base values for weapons against armor values, plus Mech Tree Efficiencies, Modules and Quirks.

Only thing that sorta holds things back is the low dissipation and easily counter-able Heat Scale (Ghost Heat). So basically not much really. Since we can fire high alphas, have high Heat Capacity, have current convergence, something has to give.


There are various solutions, the key factors are knowing what is on the table for tweaking.

It is my noble goal, to keep as many of you noble mechwarriors away from tier 1 as I can, if that means I must destroy you, then that is what must be done. You don't want to see what I've seen. This is for your own good, tier 1 is my curse, I could not ask anybody else to bear such a trying burden.
