Meh, I don't care for TDM one bit, but for those that want it, go nuts.
Though the redundant threads are annoying. PGI has already stated that they are working on TDM in one of their 'Ask the Devs' threads.
Reading Dev statements. Do it.

Which honestly isnt all that viable, if you are playing solo what are you supposed to do try to pursuade your team to stay? Half the people dont read the chat and the other half wouldnt bother listening. Sit there yourself and you have a good chance of doing absolutely nothing for the whole round or getting gunned down alone.
And in response to my own post; in before its a team game find friends.
