[Death Mallet]

Instead of having it target a map location based on where your crosshairs are pointing. . .


- Reduce the AoE somewhat and have it center on a target mech.

- In order to target the mech you have to designate it with TAG at the time you give the command.

That will make it more effective and cooler that you have a lase the target just like real life.
