Twitchy Aim Has Returned For Me

So yeah this new patch came with a problem that I thought was fixed, the twitchy aim.

Twitchy aim = my aim every so often decides to suddenly move itself a few degrees off where I aimed with my mouse, its an old issue from a few patches ago that to me seemed fixed, but for me its back with the newest patch.

As you could imagine it can be very frustrating when driving something like a max speed deaths knell that relies on aiming its lasers.

My ping is currently at 250ish which is good because it sometimes sits at 280 and the game is still perfectly playable for me.

Has anyone else noticed its return? or is it just me? It could just be my current time of day so I will report on it again when its not "peak internet time 6pm-midnight" in Australia.

Connecting from South Korea here. Same average ping 230-250. Since patch every game has me suffering from small regularly periodic rubberbanding teleports and or directional twitches. River City is particularly bad, bouncing between buildings/around corners and whatnot. Same experience as OP. Had this same problem a patch or two back, but it seemed fixed until now. I only play lights and typically I am cruising around at 130kph+
