How do we report team-killers/cheaters? There seems to be no obvious way

By sending a mail to support@mwomercs.com with as many information as you can provide.
Such as (but not limited to):
- Date / Time / Timezone
- Map played
- Suspected Hack / Cheat / Exploit / CoC violation
- Other players involved
- Screenshots
- Links to video or other media files
