Well, I think this is the best time as any. With an entire tournament for every class and people bringing their best, it's time to do another mech diversity writeup.

Who is the tourney favorite? Who is the runt of all runts (spoiler, probably that cicada variant again)

How many people will help? How many mechs will be tabulated?

Once again I call upon the community, and hope it's answered with the new sub-forums that people won't even look in

The rules, for those of you who didn't see my last one:


Here's what I need you to do:
Post 10 screenshots of EoR matches you have participated in this weekend (PLEASE PUT IN SPOILER TAGS). You can submit more if you'd like, but please keep them in sets of 10 only.


RULES:

1) Only take screenshots of games that you are participating in SOLO.

2) Try to have screenshots of varied groups. With elo as it is sometimes you'll drop against the same team multiple times. Try to eliminate these screenshots if you notice the same people in each one.

3) If you decide to blank out or edit the people in the match, I won't consider it, due to #1 and #2

4) Have fun! Don't worry about your score or anything else. I'm only looking at the mech setups and depending on how much info I get average tonnage disparities and ECM win rates.

5) Please try not to skew the results for a personal vendetta (i.e no listing only matches that have 8 3Ls because you want to make a point).

6) 8v8 matches in which everyone participates only, no disconnect/afk matches.

7) Assault only!

Eh go ahead and keep them for now. I'm looking for another 20 sets of data but it seems like the sub-forums are going to kill this before it even begins, so ill probably end up accepting anything at the end.

But I'll win if I get 20 sets of data, because then I'll have a good look at the class breakdowns when every class is desired.

A few low damage / game score players in these matches but they were active. They just died fast.

Welcome. Btw, I only found out about this thread from the MWO reddit. Since the great forum jumble, it's not as easy to find all the most relevant/popular threads as it was when they were almost all found in GD. Still learning where to look.

9 matches from last night (and one from this morning to replace the one whose screenshot didn't come out), in a variety of mechs. And I have to complement you on your decoying skills that last match; apparently I was the only one to realize it was a bad idea for *everyone* to run off and chase the jenner!

I have to say, I'm not having as much fun these days as I used to. I'm really getting tired of the overwhelming prominence of ppc/gauss snipers and poptarts. It seems that every assault/heavy mech I see has at least 3 of those weapons. And there are a heck of a lot of those mechs...

Lol the only thing that sucked about that match was that being the decoy means I get jack crap for stats, lol. But I can't help but squirreling, it's in my blood.

Fraps and Bandicam seem to crash my game atm. Doing print screen just gets me a black image.
