Check this out:

I had noticed issues with the missile hardpoints on the Highlander before, but this is completely ridiculous. The missiles are moving around by themselves, in the mechlab, through no action on my part.

Very frustrating, has you can imagine, since that means I cannot use the full 20 tubes on the Highlander's shoulder. I'm stuck with lame 2x10 tubes.

BTW: I've tried to swap them back the right way, save, and then play a game, but they get turned around anyway once I launch with this build.

Please fix this before I punch my computer screen.

Theres a bug where small modifications to mechs don't get saved. I've fought with my jenner trying to get SML to shoot from the top laser points and MLA from the bottom...

I noticed this bug too (and posted about it here and here and never got any feedback to it. Let's hope your video helps getting this annoying bug fixed.

A. Why are you even trying to use LRMs seriously...

B. Try Removing all items from the torso and saving, then re-installing all and saving....

Yeah, but with laser's it's only cosmetic. In my case, it actually affect the effectiveness of the weapon.

Intersting.... for months people have been ******* iin PGI`s WHaeaties on a daily basis screaming for optical mech customization to reflect loadout.

But as soon as something in that direction is discoverd, no thought at all is wasted as to whether or not it may be intentional, just "it needs to be fixed" solely because I can`t do exactly what I want.....

Almost hysterically funny in a forum where people are incessantly screaming for hardpoint limitations "to prevent boating" and at the same time asking for visual, loadout reflecting customization.....

LOL. So very true. I hope PGI realizes that no matter what they do, they will never win.

I have come to the conclusion that I am never going to be uber-l33t, so I just play the game and have fun, and just deal with the glitches as they happen. :( Maybe they'll fix some of them some day.
