I have no idea if this will help anyone or not. But it worked for me, so hopefully it will work for you.

System Spec - Windows 7 Home premium (64bit)
AMD Phenom II 6x 3.2 turbo core (1045t)
16 gig ram (Corsair Vengeance 4x4 GB sticks 1600MHz)
EVGA GTX 560Ti Video card.

Problem.

Game would Crash when trying to enter a match. Would tell me FRead Error 128 out of 0 read.

Tried multiple fixes.. nothing worked.

Deleted and tried to re-install the game. Got the Error of the MD5 and game would not install.

Then I noticed every once in a while my computer would crash to blue screen with IRQL message.

Solution.

Downloaded Memtest86+ v5.00bt as an ISO boot file.
Link - http://i4memory.com/...-00-beta-4-a-6/

Click on the ISO link and download file and burn to a disk to boot with.

Go to your Bios and make sure your CD/DVD ROM drive is set as first boot device.

Run the program. It can take several hours to complete.. it runs about 11 tests verying in time.
This is when it would be good to let it run while your at work, or asleep.

The program will not stop until you stop it. It will continuously loop.

If you recieve an error. Check to see what test(s) showed the error.

In my case it was test #6 (random patterns)

Now comes the annoying part. Memtest86+ can not show you which ram is bad.. only that you have something wrong, and it could be something other than the ram.

Process of elimination starts. Take out all your ram except for one set and re-run the test. But change the configuration to which ever test showed up bad so you can skip all the unecessary time. As I said, mine showed test #6 was bad, so I skipped to test #6.

I tested each stick of ram and found only one stick was showing the errors.

Sometimes you may have a bad module.. if all the ram shows errors, try a different slot and repeat to eliminate this as a possibility, luckly this was not my case.

I replaced the other 3 sticks of ram (12gb total) and re-ran the test. No errors found after running 3 passes.

Restarted my computer and re-downloaded the game. It went through fine and now I'm back in game.

I'm not 100% sure how to add pictures... soon as I do.. I will post pictures of the Memtest 86+ and show you what to look for.

HOPE THIS HELPS!!

Good luck!!
