That's a founders bobble. I think it's called "squishy". I'm not a founder and my regular mates won't discuss it, but I have overheard them trying to figure out what mech "squishy" is in.

It's kinda cute but it doesn't bother me not to have it.

Probably just a bug like a model swapped by accident. Like Volts said it's probably just a scrapped bobblehead. Send in a ticket.

I don't think it's a bug. I have seen these 3-4 times now, and every time when I ask the person driving what it is they have refused to answer or tried to tell me it's not there or that it's something else.

It's a founders bobble that they lie about so they can snicker behind your back because they're clearly better than the rest of us.  Look how shiny it is up in here...

There is no squirrel bobblehead, it is not a special gift to Gold Founders, forget you ever saw the screen shot. It's either a glitch or a photoshop hack job. Nothing to see here, move along.
