I noticed under Social there's a section for Block and the hover-over message is Enemies. Well, I want to Block all the players who only join matches to disconnect such as [redacted] and many more besides just him. How do we block them?

That would block them from chatting with you. There is no way to avoid being in a Match with them right now.

This link allows you to permanently block a user on the Forums.

Ingame, which is more what you're asking, you can right click a friend and select ignore to add them to the block list.

There is currently no way to block someone unless you first add them to your friends list. Devs are aware of this bit, it's been raised before.

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I don't think even adding someone to ignore will prevent you from dropping with them. There's been no word so far as far as I know regarding whether this function will ever be added, as when an ignore list filters out players from dropping in your games, it's possible to manipulate drops by adding enough specific people to the ignore list.

I just included the other bits for someone who may follow the title link, even though it doesn't fully relate to what you're asking.

As for how to deal with people who disconnect, the most reliable way so far is to improve your ELO to the point that disconnectors no longer show up much in games. The chance of someone disconnecting at the moment is generally about 50% either way, so in the large picture it won't really change the situation much. Some games you get a free kill and an easier fight, some games you lose a team member and get a harder fight.

Also remember that for about at least a week or two especially last month many of us were being randomly disconnected from drop power up to near end of match.

For two days straight I was lucky if I finished two of ten games.

Keep in mind you're not allowed to call out individuals by name in forum posts (a practice called naming and shaming, and it's frowned upon - hence why the name was redacted).

The Block function will never prevent you from being in the same match as a user. you are only 'blocking' them from sending you PMs and/or invites in the social menu.

If you wish to report a player for violating the terms of use (such as using automated game playing functions or disconnect-farming), take a screenshot (tap the printscreen button!) and email it to support@mwomercs.com

If it is persistent with one person, then report the offending player via support@mwomercs.com and let the devs take care of it from there.
