Also, whenever I submit a ticket, they never appear in the ticket list.

Basically the game fails at "preparing patch" and the patcher goes away.

I don't know what else to do? Is there some kind of install debug log?

It installs fine on my laptops.

Despite the lack of information you provide it looks like the problem for that I made a solution. Check my post:

That workaround helped. Thank you. :)

I've discovered that the more incompetent you sound, the more likely you are to get help.

That aside, could you clarify what string to search for in your posts, it would save people time. If it helps, I found the correct string at:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Piranha Games\Mechwarrior Online\Production
Value:TEMPFOLDER

You are right, I have added a search term over there. When I was searching the registry I didn't know exactly if I could find that problem in the registry. So I just made a search with my game folder cause MW:O was the only game in it (I just added a second ssd to my rig a day ago when I had to reinstall MW:O). That's why I didn't specify it (and it was very late when I solved the problem and made the post ;)).
