The Victor's missile hardpoints appear to be bugged. For instance, in the VTR-9S, if you stuff a SRM6, SRM4 and SRM2 in it, you will get 12 tubes total on the mech. However when you fire the SRM6, it comes out in two volleys (4+2). There are some other combinations that produce weird effects, however I can't remember off the top of my head. I just wonder if anyone else is experiencing this and if the devs are aware of the issue.

Examples:
SRM6+SRM4+SRM2

Note: In the video above, the SRM6 takes 2 volleys even though there are enough tubes for each missile system.
Spoiler

SRM6+SRM6+SRM6

Note: In the video above, the first group of SRM6 takes 1 volley, the next 2 and the last 3! :)
Spoiler

And finally, additional missile configurations:

SRM4+SRM4+SRM4 (10tubes)
Spoiler

LRM10+LRM5+SRM2 (17tubes)
Spoiler

I've submitted a support ticket in hopes it will be passed on to the devs.

With regards to the 3 SRM6 tubes thing, looks like the first fires 6 because it has 6 tubes, the second fires 4 then 2 because it adds a four tube launcher, and the third fires in three groups of 2 because it adds a two tube launcher.

The problem is that each weapon is assigned a particular set of tubes, and the Victor at least is notorious for doing so incorrectly. In the first case, I'd say the SRM4 is being assigned to the hardpoint with up to 6 tubes (up to 10 for LRMs), the SRM6 is being assigned to the hardpoint with up to 4 tubes (up to 5 for LRMs), and the SRM2 is correctly being assigned to the 2 tube point.

Heard anything from support yet? I currently just consider the Victor has enough tubes to fire 10 SRMs no matter which variant I use.

...but, in the first instance I tested loading in order to get 12 tubes. 6/4/2 When you group these and fire they actually fire off in order, this can be seen by firing while sweeping your reticule as you fire. You get a 6 shot followed quickly by a 4 then a 2....

You have the tubes for all and they should all fire together in a group on the first shot like all other mech's in the game as long as they are all in either open tubes or behind missile bay doors, but keep in mind the different SRM launchers no longer have the same cool down so holding down the group fire button WILL fire them off in a triple pump after the first salvo.

The ONLY combo's of SRM's that fire properly in a single salvo are a pair of SRM 4's or triple SRM 2's

Clearly broken.

Edited for clarity

Re-post this in the victor's feedback thread. I've said it there already, as usual they don't plainly test the mechs loadouts, so that in a 9S if you place SRM6 SRM4 and SRM2 the 6 is fired from the 4, the 2 is fired from the 6 tubes and the srm4 is fired from the last 2-hardpoints tube. The same happens with 2xSRM4 and a SRM2, one of the SRM4s is shot from the third dual-tube slot.

The Victor has already few hardpoints, crippling it so much in the SRM compartment is absolutely stupid, especially when the highlander are the exact opposite, with perfectly modular tubes and you can go 4xSRM6 without any hassle on a 733 (even 50 lrms on that thing pop out!).
