Personally, I prefer the hunch, as it breaks up the monotony of the carapace. And seems to work well with the head, IMO. *shrugs* Either way, we now have it BOTH ways. Enjoy!
I go back and forth. A part of me loves the idea of no hunch with missle covers (think shell like covers) sliding open and then missiles arcing up-and-out to soften up targets with the large laser blasting away. It also keeps a slimmer profile, which in a huge assault mech could be a HUGE advantage.
Either way, pro-design GJ mate.

implementing it wouldnt be different than other mechs for pgi, since crit splitting of the ac/20 blocks the arm movement the same way as having one less actuator they could aswell just remove the useless actuator it has on the variants with the AC/20

Exactly. Crit splitting is something they have said they don't apparently intend to do (no Arrow IV I guess). But since it nerfs the arm motion anyhow, there is functionally no difference. The claws are supposed to be armored covers anyhow, not really hands, so no need for that actuator. They don't charge you an actuator for the Catapult to have opening and closing flaps, these should be same principle.

I love the profile and shape, I love the hitboxs and it could be balanced by giving it a tiny (less than Stalker) torso twist making it super vulnerable to anything quick and close.
I also like the fact that many of the firepoints are fairly low to balance its supreme ability to sarifice bits of itself to protect the CT.
