These fees typically represent less than 4%. For clarity, IGP and PGI are not keeping any money from the donated funds.

A: No. Sarah's Mech can't be sold.
Q: Can I buy Sarah's Mech for MC?
A: No. The nature of this charitable transaction prevents us from accepting MC as a donation currency. We've been working hard to ensure that all funds from this initiative go directly to charity; this is completely separate from other in-game purchases.

Q: Why isn't Sarah's Mech in my MechBay immediately after I've purchase it from the buy page?
A: In order to accommodate this special charity sale, our payment system is completely separate from our other game purchases.
Sarah's Mech will appear in-game on August 23. We may be able to add Sarah's Mech earlier in batches, but the feasibility of this will be determined by our developers at our regular scheduled maintenance periods. Rest assured, we'll do our best to get Sarah's Mech to you as quickly as we can after you've made your purchase, but no later than August 23.
Update July 26: Sarah's Mech will be added to your in-game inventory the Tuesday (or sometimes Fridays) afternoon that follows your purchase, at which point you will be able to play with it straight away!
Q: Can I buy more than one Sarah's Mech?
A: No - we are restricting purchase to 1 per account. If you are keen to donate extra funds to charity, we strongly encourage you to do so via direct donation to their respective websites listed below.
Q: Do I need a Mech Bay?
A: No - we are also bundling a special Mech Bay that is exclusively attached to Sarah's Mech, which cannot be used with other `Mechs.
Q: Will Sarah's Mech have the regular stats and pilot tree?
A: Sarah Jenner Variant will be treated as a regular JR7-D for the purposes of Stat tracking and Pilot Tree upgrades. Sarah's Mech provides a 10% XP boost per match played.
**Please note that since this mech is treated as a regular JR7-D, and the Founder's Jenner is a JR7-D, you will not be able to unlock the elite efficiencies unless you have a different variant. They are considered the same variant in the pilot lab.
Q: What is the refund policy for this particular Mech?
A: There will be no refunds of Sarah's Mech, as the proceeds are donated directly to charity.
