For some people, the 'BETA STATUS: PENDING' at the top of every page on the MWO site is a constant reminder of what they can't have.

Perhaps just add a website option to allow players to choose to have this display or not.

I, for one, would be happy to be able to disable the display.

Thanks,
Insanity

This idea is worth bumping... I'm sure that there are social studies suggesting the negative psychological effects "pending" signs can have on the regular users mind. Plus, the beta status display is annoying... even if I was in the beta, it would annoy me. A constant reminder of a certain status is the least I need.

That being said: I'm sure this topic is better preserved in the website support section of the forum.

if they keep up the rate of 500 keys a day or whatever it may not be long before ya get one. Some sooner than others, some not at all, that's just how it goes.

I know for sure, when I will get into the action, the day is July 17, but this damn pending sign really is a nuisance, isn't it? And 500 keys a day in a 150k+ community is not really helping to loosen the tension building up while staring at the sign whenever you want to get involved with the community.

I agree with the OP. Allow a Disable/Hide option.
