Since the most recent patch/hotfix (9/9 or 9/10, not sure which), I've been having an issue at times where, when I am being shot (particularly with lasers, but often with other weapons) the red damage direction indicator will not go off. This most recently was relevant when I was being shot in the back by a Jenner with at least four medium lasers. My initial thought on hearing the first volley was that I was experiencing an audio glitch, as I had just been in combat and taken considerable damage, was escaping through the cave in Forest Colony, and heard the sound of laser fire- but no audio or visual cue for my 'mech taking damage. Thus my surprise when, after leaving the cave, navigating the abandoned village, and making my way out to the middle of the map, the sound happens again and, again with no audio or visual damage cue, my Cataphract pitches over onto its face dead and a Jenner runs through it.
I have no idea if this has been happening to anyone else or how often, but it would explain a number of other incidents I've experienced over the last day or so where I was more damaged going into a clash than I was coming out of the previous one. Please check on this to be sure things are working properly.
