Ping has taken a huge hit for me after the hot fix last week. Normally my ping was around 120-160ms, now it rarely goes below 500ms. Did pingtest to a few servers from Finland to North America, all the results were below 180ms. Advertised connection speed is 10/2.

Just started playing after todays patch and noticed my z and r keys had delayed reaction, was'nt sure why until I noticed my ping has shot up to being constantly 500+ where it was around 100 before, I'm trying a game re-install to see if this fixes it

Ping is different from game to game.
I had games ranging from 200 and 650, before the patch it was always around 180.
Like last time i had ping problems after a patch in May, tracert and ping are normal but ingame its not.

I had a Ping of 120 (exact 119-121) constantly, and since the last Patch my Ping is between 400-600!!! What the heck?! What have u now done??? Please fix this, i cant Play when i Need 2 sec to lock on a Target and so on...

I had ping problems a day before this patch and they are still here. Usually my ping is normal but it spikes to +500 time to time. Many of my buddies have the same issues and we all have different computers, internet connections and so on.

Loading of the main menu also takes forever.

same problem here, some matches are fine with ~110-130 ping, now after patch some matches the ping is constantly ~300-500, and next match its ok again

My ping is fine but my FPS dropped a lot. I now bounce between 10 - 20 FPS during matches and I have since the last patch and nothing has been done about it. I have tried EVERYTHING PGI has suggested and nothing fixes it. Please fix this.. Not the best way to start off a Launch Day with a game that crashes/freezes/and has poor FPS.

My FPS dropped from a consistent 59/60 to ranging between 40 and 60. I have had serious rubber banding, connectivity freezes for 2-3s and similar network issues.

Since ping is still nice my fps went down from 56 FPS to 37 FPS average a big hit if u ask me

Been having really high ping since the patch, usually I'm roughly 120 but after I was over 500.

On a side note my ping did appear to be fixed when I left my 4-man and played solo. Did anyone else try it alone and in a group?

After using pingtest.net it seems the Toronto Area is causing this. Pinging the Toronto Server i get packetloss, high ping and high jitter.
Pinging other servers like Sudbury, Chicago or Brooklyn, i get no loss, normal ping and almost no jitter

Ping before patch: 100-130

and after the Patch the first game i play after login to the client 100-130 and after it all games 500-600.

If i restart the client its the same... first game is ok all ohter ~600 Ping..

My Ping before the last Patch/Update was about 40-80 maximum 120.
Now my Ping Sticks Around 500-600.

I think its a Provider Issue (had serveral ppl telling me the same,that also lives in Germany and have the same Provider.)

My ping went from a stable 100 to between 500 and 600 since last patch, it's unplayable imo. Fps seem to have stayed the same for me.

I've played since february, had a ping of 130-150 all this time. Now today, 4 matches with 650+ ping. Restarting client, computer, rebooting ADSL modem didn't help. A bit later normal pings again, and about an hour after that back to 650+.

Unplayable.

Also, looks like owning more mechbays and mechs makes the main menu/mech lab screen load much slower than for people who have only a few. I have 62 mechs at the moment, and have had longish load times. Now, however, even with good ping it takes over 35 seconds before the menu enters the actual "loading" phase. The rest of my lance has had time to change builds before I can even click anything on the menu.

Connection speed 24/1, located in Finland.

On a positive note, my fps went up from 35-40 to a steady 60 with very high settings.

Same here (Germany) Ping was fine at around 100-130ms and suddenly went to 500+ ms now.
It's really noticeable ingame how laggy every action feels

Same ping issue as reported above. Pre-patch steady 150ms now 600+ ms after the first drop. First drop seems to be playable with ping around 200ms, but 600 is just too much.

Location Finland and connection 100/10.

Same problem with ping here. Pre-patch from last August, my ping has been ~120ms which was passable, this new 650+ ping is just horrible. It takes like a second or so to switch between zoom modes and such, the whole game "drags behind."

My location is Finland, 10/10 Mbit broadband.
