How does this fit in with fair use clause? Can we use it in videos? Is it royalty free? Is it royalty free only for MW:O videos? BTW second clip doesn't want to play for me for some reason... LOL, never-mind, now none of it will play for me.

We love Fair Use of all of our properties but the restrictions are very simple. If you make money with anything using our created material then you are not covered by fair use. Here's some examples;

• Things That Are Considered Fair Use:
  
  • Making a MWO fan video where you film everything yourself and use this music in the video
    
  • Making a skateboarding video with this music
    
  • Listening to this track on your iPod on your way to work (as in downloading and saving it to your devices)
    
  • Playing all of our music at a wedding
• Things That Are _NOT_ Considered Fair Use:
  
  • Using our trailers and music to make another video (please try to film your own content)
    
  • Making a professional TV series with our music as it's main theme music
    
  • Offering downloads or selling our music. (Must be directed to download our music from Soundcloud)
    
  • Playing our music in a venue that has a cover charge.
    
  • Making Advertising money from videos with our music included. (YouTube helps us ID these and we just remove the ability to advertise from the video, you're still free to keep it up on YouTube)

Awesome! Thank you for the reply. These really are some good tracks, and finding decent music for videos (that doesn't get flagged by YouTube) is going to me much easier now!

It would be flagged by YouTube but it would only disallow you from enabling monetization on that specific video only and not count as a negative on your Copyright Standing with YouTube.

Just going to throw it out there that I've found a third-party site that allows downloads of Soundcloud tracks. (Similar to how you can download Mp3s of Youtube videos via URL.) I'm unsure of the legality of it, so I'm not going to post any links; but a quick Google search containing "Download soundcloud tracks" should point you in the right direction.

I will say that playing all of these tracks on WMP while in-game makes for some exhilarating gameplay, and is also the sole reason I wanted the MP3s. (Helps if you have a keyboard with Media Player Hot-keys. We don't need any more reasons for people to delay pressing the Ready button.)

I just stumbled over this music, never watched the trailer so I didn't know it. I have to say this is an incredible piece of music. I have to restrain myself from buying the Boar's Head just because I like the music so much.

Whoever made this piece, let the one make the entire score for the game so that there finally is some background music!
