Are their any players who have seen actual cheats in action? Example, a recent match I played someone was using a weapon that look like a missile but acted like a short range mortar. It shoots one missile at a time in an arcing trajectory that shoots without weapons lock. Also its weapon damage was that of a AC 20 or better.

Even if he had a picture or video...

Discussing cheats or hacks will not do anything to prevent other users from using them. In fact, it will only advertise them further making the problem worse.

The only thing that does help, ist to write a mail to support@mwomercs.com with as many information as possible, such as, but not limited to...
- name of player, percieved to be cheating
- type of cheat or hack
- date, time and timezone of match played
- map played
- screenshots
- links to videos
- links to the producers of said cheat or hack
