Say if I were to buy any level of PP like the Talon package, would the Flame pattern by available for use in the 2 non-Phoenix variants of the Battlemaster that would be released in January?

Basically, would the Flame pattern would be available for all the PP mechs (except the prime variant) like the PC Gamer camo is for the original 8 mechs in closed beta?

I would have to guess; No.

As you only get the pattern for the mechs you've purchased through the Pheonix Package.

I would imagine you have to pay for the Pattern to be applied to any Future mechs you buy through C-bills.

When you buy the PP, you are actually buying all the mechs of that level, The Flame and PP Patterns for the mechs as well.
When you buy the mechs in the future with C-bills, they won't come default with those Patterns.

But that is just my guess.

You should only be getting the Hotrod flame pattern for the Mechs you had acquired through Project Phoenix. Any 'Mechs you purchase later will not have the pattern automatically unlocked.

Does this apply to Saber, too?

If you get them through the Phoenix Program.... I would assume so.
