Pretty Damn Kool! I have a bunch of these from my MW3 days. Its was always very Riki Tik to discover a pilot sporting a new one back when the tech was young, fresh and clean.

and as to witch factions have acsess to witch mechs the only majer split is IS v CLAN as all the factions can pretty much get any mech if they really want / need them eather through lieing cheating or stealing or baring all that salvage
