There wasn't a section for this in the feedback section so I'm starting my own thread.

fx8320@4.2GHz
HD7950 (overclocking makes no difference)
8 GB RAM @ 1600
Mwo is on a SSD

DX9 with Post AA, high settings and low motion blur
Min FPS28-30
Average 40-50
Max GPU utilization=70-80%
Max CPU utilization=50-60%
Max core utilization=80-85%

DX11 with MSAA high settings and low motion blur
Min FPS 33-35
Average FPS 45-50

Issue: minimum fps is not bound by CPU, GPU, or RAM

Logs indicate Max GPU utilization is around 80%, max, max CPU utilization is around 50%, maximum utilization of any core is around 80-85%.

Based on time indexes the minimum fps do seem correlate with higher than average CPU utilization just like in DX9. In short, at the moment DX11 only adds some shiny particles and does absolutely nothing to alleviate the current CPU bottleneck.

Shiny particles are all I expected and wanted @_@

I actually had the same performance with dx11 as with dx9. Found it quite intresting.

@ narcissitic martyr you using win7,win8 or win8.1?
atleast looks like the bottom end fps got a bit higher which would
be helpful for us 3+ monitor crowd
