There are a few Basic Colors purchasable with CBILLS.

If I buy one, is it available and unlocked for ALL my mechs?

Yes, the MC colors are the same way.

Only the camo patterns are for individual mech chassis

Any color purchased regardless of type is for all mechs.
Any pattern purchased is (if single use) for that one mech or (if 'unlock') for all variants of that chassis. (Example, buy it for one Jenner, get it for all Jenners except hero and Sarah's Jenner).

The only colors that behave differently are the ones that "come with" heroes. These are usable only on the hero they come with (and in the particular channel as well). Also, these colors cannot be purchased elsewhere. The Protector's orange...I wants it.

Be nice to get those colors opened up after you just spent 20 - 40 dollars for a mech. Hard to justify 5 dollars for what equates to #DF0101.

Why'd you spend that much on a mech? Cbills are much better to have to spend on those.


Cbills are awesome. It's why I never have any...always getting more mechs.

Ideally you'd be able to earn colors through achievements, camos too. I think they plan on this at some point.

There was mention that as you gain ranks (the loyalty point system), you'd get unlocks for 'lore based patterns'. I should note it said patterns. Though another thing said we'd get more colors available under the Basic category for cbills.

So I have another question regarding the patterns

Pattern

• Phranken (all mechs) permanent pattern 50% off, reg 1250 MC, now 625 MC*
  
• Buccaneer (all mechs) permanent pattern 50% off, reg 1250 MC, now 625 MC*
  
  • *Each purchase unlocks pattern for all 'Mechs within a Chassis type
• Phranken black, Phranken red, Phranken yellow: 50% off, reg 1000 MC, now 500 MC
  
• Buccaneer black, Buccaneer red, Buccaneer white: 50% off, reg 1000 MC, now 500 MC

• Dazzle (all mechs) permanent pattern 50% off, reg 750 MC, now 375 MC*
  
• Digital (all mechs) permanent pattern 50% off, reg 750 MC, now 375 MC*
  
• Sherman (all mechs) permanent pattern 50% off, reg 750 MC, now 375 MC*
  
• Virus (all mechs) permanent pattern 50% off, reg 750 MC, now 375 MC*

Are these 1 use only per chassis or do they work across all your mechs for one purchase?

Unlimited use but only on the chassis you buy it for.

So if I buy it for lets say a Jaggermech, I can't unequip it and equip it with my Catafract?

Its not interchangable like Cockpit items are?

That is correct. A pattern only unlocks for that mech (if single) or for the chassis (if unlock). It is not interchangeable between mechs. Only cockpit items, modules, weapons, engines, and equipment are interchangeable.

The pattern may be Chassis (per buy), but paints are universal.

Kon: The sale is on the permanent "unlock". It goes across all variants, those you have and will have, of 1 chassis.
Example: You buy Digital for an Atlas. You get it for the Atlas you own + all the other Atlases you will buy in the future.
