What's funnier is that screenshot shows the 'Mech at 42.2 tons.

Pull out the medium lasers. You could fit four ER PPCs in it. I want to see what bloated nightmare that produces.

It's set up 1-2-3-4-5-6 in the loadout, with the PPCs in 1-2-3 and the ML's in 4-5-6. PPC-ML-PPC-ML-PPC-ML would have looked even sillier, methinks.

I didn't want to post it, for two reasons.

1. I'm pretty sure it's too heavy to fit an engine and heatsinks.

2, It's so obviously poorly put together, and showcases the utter failure of their legomech system.

Anyway, here goes:



Note the gaping maw of eternal blackness next to the PPCs, and how the third PPC clips through the hunch's shoulder.

The Hunchback will now be known as the "Boomback".

It's not that it can dish the boom, it's that the hunch's size will make it go boom (unless, you are lacking in missiles in the appropriate variants).

Talk about convergence! You'll never miss a component with these. Don't ask me why one LRM5 cuts the other in half.



SRM2's and NARC's apparently take up a LOT of space.



The two UAC5's appear to have the same model, with the top one simply clipping inside of the shoulder.

that is a great description! it makes the mechs look ridiculous...look at the catapult a1 another example of the colossal failure of this standardization scheme. when they came out with the quickdraw you could tell that it was going to end up like this and now we're finally starting to see the end results. it kills a lot of the character and charm in each of the designs.

I should have marked this day for hilarious Hunchies. After seeing the A1 VCR stint, I had this fear something like this would occur.

Oh man, just looked at all my HBKs. They did exactly what I feared/knew they would. They made the AC barrels stick out of the hunch in a ridicules manner.

Im just glad they did not change the laser mount in the arms. They also did a good job with the 2 and 3 torso mounted laser cluster. Unless you mount a PPC or flamer. Then it looks very silly.
