I can't use a mic because my comp is in the family room while they watch telly so a chance to meet up and say "I know lets make a 12 man commando team" would be just fab.

I hope in the next UI there is a lobby where we can chat and team up with folk

someone else mentioned having the ability to chat with someone who's in another game, now I'd definitely want that.
