Would like to report a problem I have not see before.
Playing CRIMSON STRAIT on Assult mode north end of map.
Game starts with team radar show dozens of blue UAV's icons?

If you go to the location with the UAV Icon, I think you will find a Base Defense Turret Base. Once an Enemy get with in 450m and has LOS is to unfold start Firing at them.

They could have gone with a different icon, I thought the same thing too the first time I dropped Crimson Assault

Very half-assed of them to use an asset again for an entirely different purpose. I was confused as well when I saw it for the first time.

Thanks I will remember that. Seems that was the first time I dropped on a map with Defense Turret.
Also would explain why the game slowed to a crawl and lagged to hell. Remaining games that evening did not have this problem.
VERY confusing and yes needed a different Icon for SURE.
