[RESOLVED] Charged by paypal. Got no Founders pack

Okay, I have the receipt number and everything. I was charged, for a 120USD Legendary pack, and got NO update on my profile, and was even BLOCKED from viewing my profile.

What's up with that? I want either the pack, or my money back. I can provide a receipt if necessary. I just don't want to have lost 120 dollars for nothing.

This also happened to me.

There is even a chance that I've got duplicate purchases going to my name at the moment via both payment methods which I would like cleaned up.

Please Help!

who do we contact about billing issues? I tried contacting UltimatePay, but they indicated once they processed the payment it was a matter of getting in contact with "Mechwarrior Online"

I called PayPal and Playspan twice - each kept passing me back off to the other. The end result was that PayPal put a 24 hour 'review' of the purchase. I asked that since I was on the phone with them right now could they just approve it, and the lady said no; I had to wait the 'usually in 24-hour' time frame.

It was right about the 24-hour mark when mine was (finally) approved, and I got my founder's icon and confirmation e-mail from MWO.
