Gonna need to wait for a lot longer than next patch for a fix to that.

Seeing as missles are available to both teams shouldn't your post be:
Spam left mouse button = win/loss ???
Or would it be more like
(Keep tatically better position*) + spam mouse button = win
*maintain cover, use teamate spotters, have teamates defend you against spotters, have teamates rush their LRM boats, have teamates defened you against brawlers, don't get in a postion to be attacked by brawlers.

Please stop defending this lrm crap, anyone with a functioning brain can see it is skewing balance badly. It is less fun fro me than pop tards, though i utterly hate bother playstyles.

LESS THAN 48 HOURS.
Saying that it has irrevocably broken the game is just a wee bit premature, isn't it?
I'm the biggest Doomsayer around, I never agree with anything PGI does...just out of principle...and even I'm saying that it's too early to make any sort of decisions with regard to the speed buff.
Hell, when they introduced "Ghost Heat," we had the same Chicken Little stuff going on with people running around screaming "the sky is falling!" How is this ANY different?
Right now, this very moment, there are WAY more people playing mechs with LRMs for a multitude of different reasons. Some want to see if there's a difference. Some want to see if LRMs are viable again. Some may want to see what other people are doing to avoid their LRMs so they can emulate it and do it on their other mechs.
How long did it take for the "new meta" to come out after Ghost Heat was introduced? A day? A week? A month? Give this patch the same timeframe and I guarantee...GUARANTEE...that a new meta will come out that will counter the LRM freakout.

Nope... A "like" from me is akin to being sprayed by a skunk. Life-hacktm recommends you take several baths in tomato juice until the stink is subdued .

Ah, We're good... It's a friend / foe chemical reaction mechanic. For friends it smells like Peppered Bacon. For foe it smells like a rotting corpse.

The devil is always in the details....

When we say "Use cover", it didn't mean "go hide in your basement until the bad man with missiles go away".
You might starve in there by the time it happens.

My banshee has the ACs on the right mouse button, and still shreads things apart.
How should i adduce him that he doesn't win because i'm spamming the right mouse button with him?
This will cause a lot of mech tears
