If you've been in contact with support, I wouldn't be surprised if they find a way to get you the bonuses. They can do that.

I am sure, and I am even expecting it (If I ever actually manage to get the order through!)
It would be par for course from what I know of similar issues.

But I am also trying not to let myself think that way - if only because it is better safe than sorry.
(They technically have little to no reason to do that for me )

A friend of mine had issues with the Resistance pack and they gave him a King Crab after he ordered it late. They're pretty reasonable.

Folks, WE did that. WE made this happen. And yes PGI deserves just as much praise for listening to us and making the Urbie a reality. Very VERY few MMOs do this.

If in fact PGI makes the aesthetic changes based on our often strongly worded suggestions, I hope no one take their efforts lightly. This entire sub-genre of Urbie fans was probably not even a slight blip on the business radar, and yet, they took a chance on us.

I'd hoped that they might get a write up in some currently relevant gaming medium (if such a thing still exists).

Viable or not, fact is I'm going to be cruising in my UM-R63 with pride (I just hope the battle won't be decided before I get there!)

It will likely have to be someone else that quotes them or makes an article, so if you want that to happen drop a line to your favorite gaming Youtuber or website. It's a good story. I'm thinking I might try and see if Total Biscuit is interested myself.

Chassis appropriate AC : 20% cooldown/range/heat reduction, ballistic 20% cooldown/range/heat reduction, small laser 25% cooldown/range/heat reduction , laser 25% cooldown/range/heat reduction- my guess. Urbies don't have the room for ammo or double heat sinks, so they need to get the most out of their limited magazines, and their pew-pew need to burn like flamersers.
