After much angst and swearing at PGI about the sudden return of rubber banding following the data migration, I finally corrected the problem by resetting my router.
So here's a suggestion.
PGI obviously are (or should be) collecting diagnostics for every match from both the client and the server.
So how about using that information for things like going.
Hmm, this guy got more than 5 rubber band events in each of the last 3 matches, most people get 1 or 2. How about I suggest that he tries resetting his router, or use a wired connection (if on wireless) or ...
Might improve game play no end for some people, and also stop a fair amount of PGI criticism that is not necessarily their fault.

So you basically suggest PGI fix people's problems with their PCs without asking and for free. That's gonna happen...

I actually like the idea about the diagnostics app.
I wish there was such a thing to monitor my the latency and network jitter of my gaming traffic to MWO servers.
