Hey,

Scored the the 5 wins for free TDR 5-6 hours ago but it hasn't show up. I know there's a 15 min delay, but my fellow lancemates got theirs in that time range but for me, nadda. The challenge meter confirms it's 100% completed on the site so just wondering if other players are having same issue.

Play a match first to eat up the delay time.

Then log off and log back in. Usually that solves it. Worse comes to worse, just close MWO, then log back in.

I had gone to challenge page and did the re-conn. I think it was just delayed.

my thunderbolt getting delayed too for a very long time now

I seem to be having a slightly different problem.

I've completed the challenge, and the game client says I've redeemed my prize, but instead of getting a new Thunderbolt, I got an extra empty mechbay. Now, I happen to already have each Thunderbolt variant by virtue of buying them in the Phoenix package, but I still feel a bit cheated.

you got the 5s ,5ss and 9se, not a 9S .. try closing mwo and restarting it,thats what i ahd to do to get mine to show

If you just get the mechbay, you need to log back out and and log back in. When you have full mechbays in the first place (before even getting the mechbay for the mech), two separate transactions occur. They are not simultaneous for whatever the reason.

Try visiting the "Challenges" tab on your stats-page and log back into the game. Might be too late for it now, if so contact support.
