Hello,

Please use this thread to share with us your experience while using the Private Match feature. You may also use this thread to let us know of any issue you may come across. If you failed to find a match or a server, please send us a ticket to Support.

This is a very smug way of getting rid of all the negative feedback in the old thread, avoiding the need to reply to them.

We are waiting for a match since the patch was released. No match in what ever combination we tried: 2-4 people, light/medium/heavy/assault ... very disapointing.. so far..

You also have 15 pages of feedback here. You are wellcome to read and reconsider your objectives. If you think you need to get paid for use that private match service maybe it's not a hardware costs issue, maybe you are doing something wrong. There are hundreds, maybe thousand games, with public and full customizable private matches with no cost. They also get paid for something imaginary coin to get skins, items, characters or benefits. Most of them offer their customers discounts and new features for "free". All of us know that's not free. You don't work for free. But we paid the game. We paid the cammos, the paints, the mechs, the pre-order, the premium time, etc. Maybe you consider we don't paid enough. Thanks for think on us, who paid your mortgate, your car and your whims.. but if your way of think on us is to squeeze our wallets.. I prefeer you don't do it. But thanks anyway. Where I live there is a saying: "Who sows wind shall reap storm". Keep it up.

A whole new thread to discuss how cockpit items affect private matches! Just what I'd always wanted! They're still a pathetic moneygrab.

Far and away the best suggestion thus far has been to make rewards in private matches a premium feature while making private matches a core game element; this I would support hands down as it would grow the community at a rate on knots("hey New Guy, come join a private match and see what the team game is like"... because it's FREE TO PLAY).

Inane 'farming' concerns and that slack jawed, wall eyed 'support us or suffer' atitude will drive new players away and keep old players from returning for The Myth of Clan War; you need to sort this out in a way that makes people at least tolerate you. Anything else is just Smurfberries.

>> Posting the above again from the previous thread. These are not my words but I fully support them. Private matches are awesome, but keeping CBill/Exp earning out entirely is not the answer. There are ways to make sure people aren't abusing it.

You can't make the problem go away by locking the old thread and starting a new one. That thread is right here, btw.

Making a core feature a pay only feature is not conducive to growing a community. It's a pothole in an already uneven road.

I was wondering what would happen if Dota, LOL or HON, would have implemented this policies, i.e. pay to have private matches.

Food for thought PGI.

I like that suggestion too: make rewards in private matches a premium feature while making private matches a core game element
Maybe we need to post as a Mantra to receive some attention.

I, for one, second this idea.

I totally agree with the proposal: make rewards in private matches while making a premium feature private matches to core game element. Do not abuse trying to get money from all forms. you have to implement more elements to the game but not at the expense of customers to pay even more. Do a complete title.

What this guy said. 15 pages of feedback that was mostly ignored.

I agree. Negative feedback, completely lost.

And like the feedfback for UI2.0 it will be eventually not included anymore. Although UI2.0 is still a clickfest.

This is a childish, whiny, self entitled post. This is from you and that's only on the first page! There are many more in that thread so yes it's filled nothing but whining.

PGI, you guys need to have more faith in your customers.

"If you build it, they will come." - Field of Dreams IIRC

Quit trying to gouge clients with poorly thought out design features. Build as a free to play game the way the model is meant to be done, and people will come and play your game. It's a very simple, basic concept that has worked for many other games. Why are you guys stubbornly trying to re-invent the wheel, when it works as is?

Furthermore, I don't know what your relationship is with IGP, but if they are the ones forcing you guys to make poor judgment decisions, then maybe you should look for another publisher/public relations company. Might want to look into other successful business models and take a page from their book of success.

Let me clarify for you since apparently the last thread was too much reading for you. I, as well as a good amount of the people who play(ed) this game, put my money into the founders program based on PGI's promises of a fully f2p game with no coolant flush or 3pv. Despite us throwing money at them to help them make their promises happen, once PGI got well over 5 million dollars in founder's packages, they took it and ran straight away from the promises that got them the money in the first place. They are instead insisting on a business strategy with no basis in functional or respectable f2p titles, and even less basis in what they actually promised us. Community warfare is a pipe dream, but premium only private matches are a reality. Go read the last 15 pages before you respond again, you failure of a troll. People like you are the vocal minority rapidly leading this game to its death.

BAHAHAHAHA the irony is great. Good for us we helped a game get into a playable state! (Both of us are founders) They didn't promise anything. They said this is our vision help us create it. We helped them move towards the goal. They bit off more than they could chew but they are still working on it. But we got people like you going "ME ME ME ME ME MORE MORE MORE MORE MORE," You aren't special.
Help them out by paying for private matches or even better play with someone who actually has premium time. You don't have to spend a dime. OMG CRAZY!

I've got premium time. It takes two. There are plenty of exact quotes floating around of dev promises. I don't think I'm special, I think their business model sucks ass and they don't follow their word. If you honestly can't understand my annoyance at the current state of the game, you're either batshit crazy or you work for PGI/IGP.
