Arm Lock: Toggle Ingame

Hi,

I would propose a configurable keyboard button to switch from ARM LOCK ON / OFF that works with a toggle button behavior.

ARM LOCK ENABLED -> press this button (without hold) > ARM LOCK DISABLED
and viceversa.

yeah, they call it toggle but it isn't, gotta hold it, which sucks.
