Subsequent PPC shots are ignored if damage is still being registered on the damage model. You have to wait until the model stops flashing to fire the next shot.

having terrible problems with getting anything to register hits today, be it CERPPCs, lasers, or CSRMs with artemis

about 50% of the time the hits actually register...

This might be a bad example. Low ping advantage means he can kill you faster that you can kill him further more it was the kill shot.

So my low ping meant he could kill me faster and that my SRMs wouldn't register?

There was no mention who ping was what. Only 'he 38'.. So... No idea.

As a high pinger.. I have been killed plenty of times where from my perspective the killing shot was from the future...
You die and the death cam shows the killing projectile fly over your dead mech.

But note... LBX more than 3 times faster than SRMS.

I am seeing the Clbx5's not register well up close and personal. At about 350-400 meters they hitreg well. but below that they get problematic

I use a lot of acs and ppcs and have seen my overall scores drop dramatically since the clan patch. At first I thought it was just poor playing, then poor teams, now seeing more and more people complaining about the same thing since the patch, horrible scores. I am admittedly not that well versed to start pulling stats and explaining game mechanics, but I am well versed enough to say that my banshee should have a lot less of an issue dropping lights than usual and none of my assaults should be dropping as fast as some matches.

Hopefully this gets fixed soon, the games great, I love the look, sound, and feel of gameplay, up until all the tiny flaws that seem to be ignored patch after patch... If an Atlas or Banshee can't step over a freaking bicycle sized rock, there is obviously other things to be focused on rather than annoying warhorns.....just sayin.....

..and for the record, YES I would gladly submit replacement sounds for the warhorns...

JUST finished a match that I went head on with a jager in, and used ac20 hard on him, at least a dozen shots, and he took damage like it was a machine gun. Barely scratched him, yet i lost an arm, and most of my torso to his lasers. So, yeah things are way off. I have a low ping, and have kept all settings the same except throttle decay, as most games I cannot use the map or chat without the mech stopping and have to toggle decay off.

IS Large Lasers seem to have reduced damage or bad hit reg.

this happens with AC2s also. I think the damage still gets dealt you just see no indication of it.

This is exactly what I have experienced with other weapons. Particularly IS LL and C-UAC-20.

just fired 6 salvos of dual c-gauss + dual c-erppc into a Yen-lo-wang's CT and it was barely hurting him. We stood toe to toe and he cored me from full armour

(I was using the targeting computer mk VII)

acs are still hitting at almost nothing it seems. Making it really unbearable now. Not sure I am going to keep playing much longer, especially when most matches are just lrms fests and AMS does nothing, and now my acs aren't even working.

Not sure if this is all PPCs or just clan ERPPCs but when I fire 3 in a row fairly quickly the third one doesn't register at all (no red crosshair). This even happens on a non-moving target in the testing grounds so has nothing to do with ping. There is also no damage shown on the target info screen. I can't afford to waste that much heat on no damage for no reason. It also happens if you fire more than three, seems to be every 3rd shot. I've been testing it with a 7 ppc direwolf in frozen city. Ghost heat is bad enough to deal with, please fix this.
